5:30        Networking reception for all gala attendees (cash bar)
6:30        Dinner service
7:45        Presentation of charitable donation
8:00        Awards presentations (Top 50 CEOs, Hall of Fame inductions,                 Innovator of the Year and CEO of the Year)
9:15       Networking reception (cash bar)

Recommended dress code
We ask that the Top 50 CEO award winners wear black tie (e.g. tuxedoes/long gowns); business formal (such as suits, cocktail dresses) is suitable for all other attendees.

Dinner menu
Appetizer
Smoked salmon served with fried capers, pickled sweet onions, English cucumber, marbled rye crouton, whipped guacamole cream and herb citrus infused oil

Main
8oz beef tenderloin dusted with Chinese five spice, blackberry port sauce, braised shallots and savory cabbage served with Pommes Dauphinois, turnip puree, asparagus, red pepper and broccoli.

Partridgeberry duff with caramel sauce
